While the main website https://aifactory.lu is managed by Luxinnovation, the portal is owned by and operated by PNED GIE, 6 avenue des Hauts-Fourneaux, L-4362 Esch-sur-Alzette, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg (Luxembourg National Data Service or AI-Factory) on behalf of the AI Factory Consortium.

Conditions of Use
The datasets catalogue is operated as an online platform which allows its users to easily find diverse collection of datasets across various themes and organisations. To access the datasets the user must contact directly the relevant “Contact point”. The user may export the metadata of the dataset in the following formats: RDF, TTL, JSON-LD.
By using this website users agree to abide by these website terms (in their most recent version, as available on the website). LNDS reserves the right to modify this website and the website terms from time to time.
Users acknowledge having verified that their equipment does not contain any viruses or any other malicious software. Users are solely responsible for the selection, use, and interpretation of the data, information, and documents available on this website.
